What To Expect
Having delivered hundreds of weddings and elopements, I am here to make the process as easy as possible for you. I will guide you through all of the creative, practical and legal aspects of your marriage and provide you with a wealth of material and suggestions to assist with your vows, readings, and any other elements that will make your ceremony special. Here is a snapshot of what to expect when planning your ceremony.
Planning The Ceremony

Contact Me – Get in touch to set up an obligation free meeting for us to get to know each other.
Planning – We can then catch up for a coffee or set up a call to start planning your ceremony together. I will guide you through the legal requirements and sign your ‘Notice of Intent to Marry’ form.
Ceremony Crafting – Once you have shared your love story with me, I will create the first draft of your personal ceremony and share with you to review. We will then adjust as much as needed until it is perfect for you.
The Day Before The Big Day – The day before the wedding, we will catch up to finalise any last minute arrangements and sign the required ‘Declaration of No Legal Impediment to Marry’ form.
Your Wedding Day
Arrival – I will arrive one hour before the ceremony to set up my PA system and liaise with the venue and/or wedding planner to ensure everything is ready to go.
Greeting Guests – As your guests arrive, I will welcome them all and ensure that everything is ready for the ceremony.
The Ceremony – This is the moment you have been waiting for! Your perfect wedding ceremony that truly reflects your unique love story.

Make It Official

Registering Your Marriage – After the ceremony, I will register your marriage with ‘Births, Deaths and Marriages’ registry and apply for your ‘Official Certificate of Marriage’.
Marriage Certificate – Once your marriage has been registered, your ‘Official Certificate of Marriage’ will be posted to you.
